This privacy policy applies to the Uchiwa Maker (うちわ文字作成) app for iOS, together with any related services operated by Anton Ryskalev (collectively, the "Application"). Anton Ryskalev is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Summary

• The Application does not collect any personal data.
• There are no accounts and no registration.
• The Service Provider does not operate any servers for the Application.
• There are no analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs. The Application does not ask for permission to track you (App Tracking Transparency).
• Your designs, custom stickers and settings are stored only on your device.

What information does the Application collect?

None. The Application does not collect, transmit or store any personal information on the Service Provider's side. The Service Provider has no servers for the Application and does not receive your designs, photos, text, usage data or device identifiers.

Data stored on your device

Your designs, custom stickers and app settings are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to the Service Provider. You can remove them by deleting them in the Application or by deleting the Application.

Photos

The Application opens photos from your photo library only when you choose them. Background removal uses Apple's Vision framework and runs entirely on your device. Your photos are not sent anywhere.

Apple features used by the Application

Some features of the Application are provided by Apple through system frameworks. The Service Provider does not receive any data from these features. Apple's handling of data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

• Vision: removes the background from photos you select. Processing happens on your device.
• Image Playground: creates images using Apple's system feature on your device.
• Apple Intelligence: suggests phrase ideas using Apple's system feature on your device.
• StoreKit (in-app purchases): purchases of "ライブパス 7日間" (Live Pass, 7 days, does not auto-renew) and "ずっと使える" (one-time purchase) are processed by Apple. Payment, refunds and purchase restoration are handled by Apple. The Service Provider does not see your payment information.
• On-Demand Resources: font and sticker packs are downloaded from Apple's servers.

Printing and sharing

When you export a PDF for printing, you choose where to send it (for example, the Files app or the netprint app). The Service Provider does not receive these files. Any service you send a file to handles it under its own privacy policy.

Third parties

Because the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with or sold to third parties.

Email to the Service Provider

If you contact the Service Provider by email, your email address and the contents of your message are used only to reply to you. You may ask for that correspondence to be deleted by writing to roisy40@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is rated 4+ and is not specifically directed at children. The Application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
