Uchiwa Maker は、推しうちわ用の「うちわ文字」をつくる iOS アプリです。つくった文字は、コンビニで A3 に印刷するか、A4 用紙 2 枚に分けて印刷できます。

よくある質問

セブン-イレブンで A3 に印刷するには？

  1. アプリで印刷用の PDF を保存します。
  2. netprint に PDF を「文書」として登録します。
  3. 設定を「普通紙」「A3」「カラー」にし、「ちょっと小さめ」は OFF にします（実寸で印刷するため）。
  4. 発行されたプリント予約番号を店頭のマルチコピー機に入力して印刷します。

A3 のプリンターがありません

「A4 2枚」モードを使うと、A4 用紙 2 枚に分けて印刷できます。

購入を復元するには？

アプリの設定画面で「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入時と同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしていることをご確認ください。

フォントやステッカーのパックがダウンロードできません

パックは Apple のサーバーからダウンロードされます。インターネットに接続されているか、端末に十分な空き容量があるかを確認し、しばらくしてからもう一度お試しください。

「AIでつくる」が使えません

次の条件を確認してください。

会場のルールに合っているか確認できますか？

アプリ内のチェックはあくまで目安です。うちわのサイズなどのルールは公演ごとに異なるため、必ず公演の公式ルールをご確認ください。

ライブパスの解約は必要ですか？

必要ありません。「ライブパス 7日間」は自動更新されないため、期間が終わると自動的に終了し、追加の請求はありません。「ずっと使える」は一度だけの購入です。

つくったデザインや写真はどこに保存されますか？

デザイン、マイステッカー、設定はすべてお使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。写真はご自身で選んだときだけ開き、背景の切り抜きも端末上で行われます。写真やデザインが開発者に送られることはありません。

プライバシー

アカウント登録はありません。アナリティクス、広告、トラッキング、サードパーティ SDK は使用しておらず、開発者が個人データを収集することはありません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシー（英語）をご覧ください。

How do I print on A3 at 7-Eleven (セブン-イレブン)?

  1. Save the print PDF from the app.
  2. Upload the PDF to netprint as a document (文書).
  3. Choose plain paper (普通紙), A3 and color (カラー), and turn “ちょっと小さめ” (slightly smaller) OFF so it prints at actual size.
  4. Enter the reservation number you receive on the multifunction copier in the store and print.

I don't have an A3 printer

Use the “A4 2枚” (two A4 sheets) mode to split the design across two sheets of A4 paper.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app's Settings and tap “購入を復元” (Restore Purchases). Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

A font or sticker pack won't download

Packs are downloaded from Apple's servers. Check that you are connected to the internet and that your device has enough free storage, then try again later.

“AIでつくる” (Create with AI) doesn't work

Can the app tell me if my uchiwa follows the venue rules?

The check in the app is only a guide. Rules such as uchiwa size differ between concerts, so always check the official rules for your concert.

Do I need to cancel the Live Pass?

No. “ライブパス 7日間” (Live Pass, 7 days) does not renew automatically. It simply ends after 7 days and you will not be charged again. “ずっと使える” (Forever) is a one-time purchase.

Where are my designs and photos stored?

Your designs, custom stickers and settings are stored only on your device. Photos are opened only when you choose them, and background removal runs on the device. Your photos and designs are never sent to the developer.
